• The rights of not informed potential members of a Settlement Class

From Leonard S.@21:1/5 to All on Fri Oct 22 18:30:52 2021
A Notices about the options available to Class candidates stated that one should inform Claims Administrator by a certain deadline if they wish to exclude themselves from the Class. Doing nothing, according to that Notice, would lead to giving up those
rights (though this option was mentioned as having no deadline).

In reality, the Notice was not sent to all the potential members of the Class, though the contact information was available to the Claim Administrator. Would those not informed individuals retain the right to bring other legal actions?
