    I am reading this is a wheeze from the GOP to make prosecuting presidents
    in any court impossible.

    My reading is it somehow allows the DoJ (a federal body) to intercede in
    a states criminal processes ?

    Presumably this is now possible as the consitution has been scrapped.

    But if the constitution were still in force, what articles would prevent
    it ?
