• Can SCOTUS ignore the constitution ?

    Now SCOTUS will hear the 14th amendment case, I wonder if it's possible
    for them to simply rule the 14th amendment is out of date ?

    In fact, can they rule if any amendment is out of date ?

    Technically, they can probably do whatever they want, but I don't think they would do this. This would be like saying part of the Constitution is unconstitutional, and I can't imagine them doing that.
