    I am presuming this is a massively embarrassing unfolding of unintended consequences ?

    Alas, we wouldn't be in this situation if Queen Elizabeth or King

    The article I saw said that the Book of Mormon was actually next on the list
    to be evaluated for banning (implying that it had not yet been banned).

    They're being banned for their sexual content. And yes, there
    certainly are versions of the bible in "graphic novel" form.
