Can a prosecutor testify in another case, in another court.
Would a judge let the prosecution do it, would witness be willing to do
it, would his employer allow him to do it, if the prosecution in the
Stormy Daneils case wanted to call one of the US prosecutors from the
case where Michael Cohen was convicted.
He could testify the case was important, that the facts here are the
same as when Cohen was convicted or pled, that Individual 1 was known by everyone to be trump, and if possible, that the case against individual
1 was stymied when Att. General Barr told them to stop, and give other background.
