    In my experience, licensure fraud tends to predicate judiciously on family members. Like in the Russian mafia where the justice is bourne by blood family members, the social security administration maintains a household family lineage of every
    individual in the United States. Pine a plant, cage a zoological species, observe something happening naturally and sell it as case solution? All of this is occuring for free in the department of education.
