• Judgment Day for Chauvin: Where is the Black Doctor?

From Juan Rodriguez@21:1/5 to All on Mon Mar 29 16:33:29 2021
I would give Chauvin one year probation after a lengthy deliberation attempting to starve out the high cost prosecution bringing to bear a telemedical cyberdine doctor from my HBCU listing on kongfinger to look through the smart phone mirror cradle of
fetanyl mortality. A discovery phase in the Chauvin trial could lead to an open-ended Easter egg hunt in stride with my black doctor defense from my kongfinger software detailing training systems on computer used to assess the borderline between
appropriate and excessive force. Fentanyl medical technician defense is sufficient for establishment reasonable doubt. White cops have kill counts in Miami with snuff points for the high school teen set. Sexually attractive women in the area have kill
counts for infidelity prospecting! I have one sole question for the jury: is Chauvin a black doctor?

Under a Chauvin scenario in artificial intelligence a computer robot would be the first intelligent responder to an emergency, crime, or social consensus matter and would have the full force of modern expert systems brought to bear on millisecond speed
decision making such as excessive force or Floyd’s last moments breathing. Check my paper on expert finders for an example of modern uses with artificial intelligence robots that can perform a non-lethal restraint or detention without using lethal
force, administering psychiatric or medical assistance on the scene, and contain the ensuing riots with dignity.

What the defense may want to show is the original 911 call and dispatch to Chauvin. For the equipment to be working effectively and without false alarm or if the dispatch was from a black neighborhood may be dispositive. An indication of a violent
actor in a police emergency call may signal irate over stressed police first responders to act aggressively in a snuff culture. Furthermore, a false alarm in the tradition of violence in segregated neighborhoods may have flashed a rage command to the
    receiving humanoids.

Under a first responder interpretation of the law a spouse or household family member would be in a position to make this kind of immediate decision with paramedic, cops, or lawyers following suit. The priority professional with the best skill and most
money would likely have a better and more worthwhile assignment leaving the dummy responder free to do his misdeeds.

My office would really like to develop adequate training curriculum for this kind of incident. Considering the amount of fentanyl in Floyd’s blood combined with the constriction of the windpipe could improve appropriate approximation of force in
situations like this. My experiment would like to simulate this experience in training exercises using paid medical subjects duty free. I’ve seen worse as an FSU law student with a medical school research oriented colleague including simulating
emergency medical and psychological experiences to the point of inducing and predicting them. Check out my 3 panged military drill based on the outcome of this case projecting an Independence Day, 9/11, and new year’s series of training simulations:
