Title: Principle Technical Architect
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Duration : Long Term

Responsibilities:

The most senior technical position with responsibility for designing complex systems within IT from concept to strategy in alignment with business needs. Brings forward innovative and leading technical ideas that fit the Sentara strategy. Acts as a
liaison between the upper management of a company and the designers and developers who work on the company’s information technology (IT) needs. The technical architect must anticipate and identify these IT needs and design a solution, and they must
make sure the solution works as efficiently as possible for all parties involved. Responsible for improving end-user experience or ensuring a company’s internal digital framework works smoothly. It also is possible for technical architects to
specialize in a specific part of an IT framework, such as

security Qualification:
10+ years of related experience in IT in lieu of education Minimum 3+ years of experience in an architecture / leadership role Deep understanding of multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.
Technical certifications Preferred: Microsoft Certified Architect, Sun Certification Enterprise Architect, Open Group IT Architect Certification, and IBM Service Orientated Architecture Solution Designer.
