Identifying the top #impediments to #developer productivity on modern platform Finding ways to remove the problems that matter most our engineers
Cultivating a community of individuals who take a developer first' mindset Establishing mechanisms that measure developer happiness on a day to day basis As a #Tech Lead on the Developer Experience initiative, you can expect to work closely with the #subdivisonal architecture offices
Help to define and implement subdivision specific modernization plans
Manage and mitigate modernization risks and blockers, identify learning and educational gaps related to modern platforms, and manage demand and financial projections related to modern platform adoption.
