* Demonstrated experience in at least 3-4 real world IT projects in the area of Big Data/Analytics
* Strong communication skills
* Strong technical team leadership, mentorship and collaboration.
* Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics (Teradata, Netezza)
* Hadoop and Industry BigData Frameworks (Hortonworks)
* Industry vertical application for Big Data/Analytics (Retail/Healthcare)
* Good underlying of infrastructure for Big Data Solutions (Clustered/Distributed Computing, Storage, Data Center Networking)
* Deployment of a large distributed Big Data Application (e.g., Customer Insights and other analytics)

Desirable Technical Skills
* Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics (Teradata, Netezza)
* Industry vertical application for Big Data/Analytics (Retail/Healthcare)
* Deployment of a large distributed Big Data Application (e.g., Customer Insights and other analytics)
* *Experience in working with Agile methodologies
* *Familiarity with HIPPA data and masking
