    Responsibilities:
    • Hands on experience working contact center hardware and software solutions across multiple vendor platforms (e.g. Genesys, Avaya)
    • Proficiency with Java frameworks with Genesys/Avaya solutions and create value-added solutions using the API/SDK available. Drive vendor roadmaps to meet business requirements.
    • In-depth platform knowledge of:
    o Open Standards specific to contact centers such as VXML, MRCP, GRXML, SIP
    o Skills Based Routing / Intelligent Routing
    o Contact Center Reporting
    o Omni Channel communication (Text, Email, Voice, Social Media)
    • Virtual Machines running Linux and Windows OS
    • Familiar with integration to Contact Center Infrastructure and capabilities such as:
    o Call Recording (NICE, Verint)
    o Avaya (Session Manager, Communication Manager and Application Enablement Service)
    o WFM (Aspect/Verint)
    o IVR
    • Experience with telephony carrier protocols and tools (e.g., Telecommunication NGSN and AT&T Route It)
