position of Transport Damage Settlement Specialist.

***** The Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring proper management of international road and maritime
transport flows as part of services for the key customer of the
company, through:
** managing service providers contracted by the customer, in order
to ensure the expected level of performance
** applying appropriate measures and taking action in the event of
non-compliance with the level of services by the supplier
** maintaining relationships with key suppliers
* Daily monitoring of operational activities
* Managing transport flows in order to ensure the expected level of
quality / cost / time of completion
* Ensuring detailed and daily monitoring of "ready to transport"
volumes
* Taking necessary action in case of a decrease in performance level
* Knowledge of the supplier's potential and commitment to take the
agreed operational actions
* Monitoring the expected level of transport operations
* Ensuring data consistency in IT systems in terms of conducted
operational activities
* Adapting and optimizing transport means
* Adapting the loading plan depending on the needs and taking into
account the circumstances that may pose a risk to the delivery
* Updating tables and databases, in order to ensure proper reporting
of operational activities
***** Desired skills & experience:
* English language skills enabling daily communication (B2)
* Knowledge of Spanish (B1/B2 level)
* Organizational, planning and risk prevention skills
* Knowledge of the automotive industry
* Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
* Logistics education
***** Good to have skills:
* Experience in transportation work
* Experience in maritime transportation
* Knowledge of TMS systems
