Description: Project Deliverables :
Attend project meetings with MMCAP project team
Document business processes related to the use and maintenance of a pharmaceutical contracting system and perhaps a contracting model that could cover all MMCAP Contracting options
Recommendations for business process improvements
Detailed listing of prioritized business requirements
Solution recommendation
Solution cost and time estimate
Ongoing support plan and cost estimate
Draft RFP for replacement system with timeline (Note: The vendor that is awarded the work order under this RFO will not be eligible to respond to the RFP or future solicitations for ongoing work or additional phases.)
Prepare and deliver presentations for staff and management on deliverables Provide progress reports to Business and IT Project Managers in writing and in person
Notes and summaries of interviews and work conducted to elicit descriptions of business needs.
Weekly written status report
Weekly verbal discussion of status (typically a weekly meeting)
Mandatory Skills :
Three (3) years' experience working as a Business Analyst.
Three (3) engagements lasting a minimum of six (6) months each in the Business Analyst role where the resource helped define business requirements as a part of a technology project.
One (1) engagement lasting a minimum of six (6) months in the Business Analyst Role where the resource helped define business requirements as a part of a healthcare technology project.
Desired Skills :
Experience analyzing business requirements for pharmaceutical contact management system in a healthcare organization (Group Purchasing Organization, Pharmaceutical Distributor, or other Pharmaceutical Manufacture or Distributor).
