domestic distribution, domestic and international freight
forwarding, warehouse logistics, sea and air transport, as well as
customs agency services, we are looking for a person for the
position of Transport Damage Claims Specialist.

This company has a network of 9 logistics platforms and offices,
employs over 200 employees in Poland and serves over 1200
customers.

***** Key duties:

* Working with Microsoft Excel in the field of databases
* Verification of the correctness of the data entered
* Ensuring the proper flow of information in the company
* Entering data into the system
* Monitoring the expected level of transport operations
* Ensuring the circulation of information on operational activities
between suppliers, loading centers and other departments of the
company
* Conducting or participating in supplier performance reviews


***** Desired skills & experience:

At least several months of experience in transport/logistics
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel
* English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
* German language proficiency at B2 level
* Willingness to learn and gain knowledge :)
* Diligence, accuracy and responsibility in performing tasks


***** Good to have skills:

* Higher education in logistics, transport or related fields
