Job title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 18 months
Contract: CORP TO CORP

Job Description:

· Performs complex design analysis, researches alternative approaches, and performs #costs /#benefit/#risk analysis.
· Performs highest level of analysis and acts as a consultant for other Systems Analysts.
· Assist in User Acceptance #testing (UAT) processes, including scenario and test case #generation , #enduser testing logistics, #testing execution, #bug triage, etc.
· Provide accurate and timely responses to technical escalations: troubleshoot issues, manage escalations to engineering team and offering alternative solutions to users as required.
· Ensures appropriate implementation of methodology.
· Teams meeting and interactive from that task will be completed from the project plans
· Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills required.
· Must be able to communicate effectively.
· Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required. · Provides input to Program Managers.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft products required; specifically #azure Dev Ops (ADO), #visio , #excel .
· Needs a self-starter and someone who can hit the ground running
· Would like someone that has worked at MSFT in the past
· #azure DevOps REQUIRED- Create Test Script in Azure DevOps and run a UAT***
· #msft Office products- O365 process flows
· Experience with Teams- running meetings
