DESCRIPTION OF INSTRUMENTS:
1. Instrument: Bank Guarantee (BG/SBLC) (Appendix A)
2. Total Face Value: Eur 5M MIN and Eur 10B MAX (Ten Billion USD).
3. Issuing Bank: HSBC Bank London, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Frankfurt.
4. Age: One Year, One Month
5. Leasing Price: 6% of Face Value plus 2% commission fees to brokers.
6. Delivery: Bank to Bank swift.
7. Payment: MT-103 or MT760
8. Hard Copy: Bonded Courier within 7 banking days.

In order to study the operation and approve it in its case, the client has to send the following documentation.
Basic requirements to participate in the program
1- Have minimum cash available (to be specified) or have any of these Bank Instruments (active): BG (Bank Guarantee), SBLC (Stand By Letter of Credit), MTN (Medium Term Notes), CD (Certificate of Deposit) , Promissory Note, Bank Draft,
2- The cash must be deposited in a Top50 or similar and the Financial Instruments must be backed by Top50 or similar, in case the bank is not important enough, you can resort to your correspondent bank that assumes said full banking responsibility.
3- Be the owner of the cash or asset, if not, it must be assigned to the account where the resources are deposited; In the case of the owner being a company, apart from being assigned in the account where the resources are, it must have a Corporate
Resolution.
4- The asset will be blocked for one year, being released 10/15 days before its expiration. The bank where the cash or assets are deposited must be able to block the cash and / or assets through an MT760
1.- KYC completed and signed.
2.- Copy of the SBLC
3.- RWA + Verbiage, text of the blockade of the
MT760, all with Bank signature and letterhead.
Officials and bankers have to indicate their
emails and their phones.
4.- Certification of Truth, Accuracy and Completeness (Optional)
5 - Signatures must be handwritten and with
blue ink.
6.- Sign the Contract and notarize the PGL or IMFPA.
7.- Return of SBLC without encumbrances before the
end of agreement.
8 .- Renewable agreement. Earnings can be
exchanged.
