    How do you get rid of guns? Get rid of guns in the movies. That would be a good start. Talk about the NRA and the gun industry. You have seen nothing until you take on the movie industry.

    To start, insurance needed to own a gun, like when you buy a car, house.
    Now someone would think twice to own a dozen guns.
    Next, ban assault type guns, ammo.
    Problem with the US, the legal system changes from state to state, so one state can restrict gun sale, when the other don't!

    So, it has to be done at the federal level.

    Problem is, the government hand is in the cookie jar, as far as guns go, big money, sales taxes, manufacturing jobs, hunting licenses, US has 14 million hunters etc....
