• What crimes Trump may have been committed?

There are several laws governing the handling of classified information and presidential records, and these come with both criminal and civil penalties.

In fact, Mr Trump increased the penalties for the removal of classified documents or materials while he was in office and it is now punishable by up to five years in prison.

The unsealed search warrant shows prosecutors are investigating three potential crimes. These are:

    violations of the Espionage Act
    obstruction of justice
the criminal handling of government records

None of the three criminal laws in question depend on whether the files are declassified. This means it is uncertain whether Mr Trump's argument would hold up in court.

The former president has not been charged with wrongdoing, and it remains unclear whether criminal charges will be brought as a result of the investigation.

Remember Trump/s secret meeting with Putin. He didn't use a US Translator. It was a total giveaway as who is allegiances he honored. Now he has been found stashing TOP Secret Files. I believe he was trading USA secrets to ingratiate himself to
Putin. Did Putin have something on Trump back when the 'Miss World Beauty Contest'. Did Trump buy that secret back in that secret meeting without a USA Translator present. No President has done this EVER.. Trump WAS and IS a Russian Asset.

"The Miss World Pageant" which Trump backed in Russia was a total set up by Putin on Trump.

Trump walked right into it. He went full tilt with hookers and walked in the girls dressing rooms and pretty much got caught on camera, Putin then blackmailed Trump and he has Video. When Trump ran for the Presidency he was in Putin's bitch. That
secret meeting with NO USA translators is KEY to Trump relationship..
