| business community, though 16.4 million Americans remain jobless and
| 5.2 million are underemployed but all of them want full-time work.

| labor market allows employers to cut Americans' wages, reducing the
| cost of labor, to increase profit margins.

| The campaign's goals, though, are largely out of step with the
| majority of Americans.
