| The lawsuit was filed by several hundred workers, with the lead
| being taken by Parth Sane, who came to the States from India in 2017
| to get a master's degree. It says that the plaintiffs had followed
| the law by filing single applications for H-1B jobs while other
| workers (and employers) took advantage of the new easier rules to
| file multiple applications. They want the new registration system to
| be put aside for the moment while they seek a court order to change
| the system. It appears to have been filed too late to do much good
| this year.
North notes the price paid by legacy American proles for Donald Trump slow-walking the reform of the Cheap Labor Lobby's scab worker import
quota application process from lottery to wage ranked queue and also
for Trump slow-walking the rescission of the OPT program.
