  • My brother was refused twice the visitor visa

    Hi,
    I am a Canadian citizen; my brother was refused twice the visitor visa
    and I wonder what would make the next application stronger.

    Any advice from your own experience?
    He applied in Moscow, but he lives there with his Russian wife,
    he's Romanian and has a Romanian passport.

    We asked to have the notes disclosed through ATIP and we are not
    any clearer after seeing them, standard response, travel history,
    no reasons to come back...

    Hello Gabriela,

    Now, he just needs an eTA. File electronically as Romanian and wait for the electronic response from Canadian Authorities.
