Did you or your employee or client receive an education RFE for their H1B visa petition? Did you submit a credential evaluation with the initial petition and still receive an RFE? The problem may be that you had the right evaluation for the wrong visa.

College and graduate admissions evaluations, for example, are an entirely different from what is needed in a credential evaluation for a work visa. Education requirements vary from visa to visa, and what CIS accepts for combinations and equivalencies
also varies between visas. Many credential evaluation agencies will write a standard evaluation for every case and call it good, but this will not work for H1B.
