If you get out and walk briskly for an hour every day you will get all
the proper breathing you need. None of this pop medicine matters. "Journalists" and "researchers" told us lies like "eggs are bad" and
"butter is bad" and "fat is bad" and it all turned out to be bogus.
They told us to give up butter and eat vegetable soap (margarine).
Cutting fat and micronutrients out of your diet is a sure way to chronic health in later years. Failing to exercise is the real breathing
problem. I don't expect much from "journalists" and "researchers." I
wish they would actually work for a living instead of pretending they
are swamis or oracles of wisdom.
