    Good week, lost all of the weight I had
    re-gained during a bad week the previ-
    ous week of 4.4 pounds, & lost a little
    more, total weight loss for the last 6
    days of, well, actually:

    - First 2 days, went down .6 then up .8
    to my highest weight since getting down
    to 150 pounds, a weight of 152.8.

    - Somehow, the last 4 days I've lost 5.4
    pounds, this morning 147.4 pounds &
    down to my lowest weight after getting
    down to 150 pounds on June 5.

    Current Weight = 147.4 pounds
    Current Waist = 29 inches
    Current Height = 5 feet 6.25 inches
    Current Waist-to-Height Ratio = 0.4377
    Current BMI = 23.6

    Last 6 days calories / exercise

    Calories, under 1,000 calories 1 day,
    lowest calorie day 982 7/12,
    highest calorie day = 1,657 7/11,
    average calories = 1,300 per day.

    Exercise indoor cycling sessions for 30
    minutes, most = 5 on 1 day, least = 3
    on 1 day, average = 4 per day.

    So, first 2 days, weight gain, last 4
    days 5.4 pound weight loss, calories
    the lowest since getting down to 150
    pounds, exercise the highest since
    getting down to 150 pounds.

    Good week, lost all of the weight I had

    Last 2 days no exercise due to being
    very tired, yesterday CGM didn't make
    it to the 10th day, wouldn't work most
    of the day & when it was working, it
    would blip on 60-70 mg/dl too low & ...

    ... turn back off, rarely on for more than
    3 or 4 readings most of the day. So, I
    didn't try to keep it working when it
    neared the 240 hour mark.

    Current Weight = 152.6 pounds
    Current Waist = 30 inches
    Current Height = 5 feet 6.25 inches
    Current Waist-to-Height Ratio = 0.45283
    Current BMI = 24.4

    Last 7 days calories / exercise

    Calories, under 1,000 calories 0 days,
    lowest calorie day 1,174 7/6,
    highest calorie day = 3,252 7/9,
    average calories = 1866 per day.

    Exercise indoor cycling sessions for 30
    minutes, most = 5 on 1 day, least = 0
    on last 2 days, average = 2.14 per day.

    So, for some reason, after going < 149
    pounds for 1st time down to my low of
    148.2 pounds, unwelcome week with
    most calories & least exercise since
    hitting my goal of 150 pounds.

    Lots of rain, hmmm, that shouldn't have
    resulted in this. I aim to turn it around &
    will try to stay under 1,000 calories & ex-
    ercise at least 4 times per day starting
    today.

    152.8 = 69.30891 kilograms on 2nd day,
    147.4 = 66.85952 kilograms this morning.

    I'm giving *far less* insulin that the follow-
    ing article says, I suppose 'cause I'm exer-

    Yesterday, for example, I dosed 18 units,
    which = 0.26922 per kilogram, about half
    of what that article says is typical, so I
    suppose eating about half of what indivi-
    duals typically eat, & exercising more
    yields my low insulin dosages.

    On the other hand, my high insulin day,
    dosing 28.5 units when my weight was
    about 69 kilograms, dosing 0.413 units
    per kilogram, closer to their low end of
    0.5, but still lower than is typical due to
    lower calories & more exercise than is
    typical.

    By the way, my low basil last Saturday,
    I don't recall why that happened (check-
    ing my glucose levels that day on my
    Dexcom) - I had a superhigh overnight
    at the end of my sleep period, & had 4
    declines (most at 45 degree or steeper ...

    ... angles) so when those happened,
    I turned basil off, no hypoglycemia that
    day, but disappointing day in terms of
    more calories when I was attempting
    to keep calories < 1,000 on the 1st
    day of my attempt to recover from the
    4.4 one week weight re-gain.

    that Tuesday, 7/13, was the IDEAL that all
    with Islit wished we had every day/night,
    perfection, Wednesday, 7/14, near-perfec-
    tion, for the last 6 days, time in range = 93.8%
    hypoglycemia = 0.1%, and ...

    ... 180-250 mg/dl almost entirely due to 1
    overnight superhigh event = 6.2% and
    1.1% above 250 mg/dl.
