Cellosis, new superior clarifying name for the
continued endogenous insulin production no
longer able to keep HbA1c < 6.5, 21 specific
types, present in 95% of individuals having
any one of the 7 Disparate High Glucose Con-
ditions (DHGCs).
85% of Cellosis is Preventable Cellosis, pre-
ventable & reversible in many, caused by ex-
cessive weight &/or insufficient exercise &/or
poor high fat &/or high calorie &/or high carb
diet &/or old age &/or relatives, especially 1
or both parents, having Cellosis, reversibility ...
... only probable in those who lose at least
33 pounds (or make some other lifestyle
causality change) up to 10 years after diag-
nosis, rarely occurs after the first 10 years.
That weight loss (or other lifestyle change)
must be maintained to prevent Preventable
Cellosis from recurring.
15% of Cellosis is among the 20 specific
types of nonpreventable nonreversible
Cellosis.
Old name for Cellosis is type 2 diabetes but
unfortunately, all-too-often this & the other 6
other DHGCs are called diabetes without any
clarifier, causing confusion / misleading / dis-
information about the 7 DHGCs to be wide-
spread.
The 7 DHGCs, consisting of -85- specific
types, disparate causalities, disparate treat-
ment profiles, disparate risk profiles, ALL are
currently nonpreventable irreversible except
-1- & only -1- DHGC, Preventable Cellosis,
unless surgery takes place & that's so risky ...
... that it's only done in a tiny minority who
meet strict qualifying criteria - currently it
always requires risky immunosuppressants
for life, see the following post for details (less
than 1% with any DHGC ever get this & only
get it if they're in dire straits due to its high
risk):

The FDA has approved finerenone for slowing
the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD)
in Cellosis individuals.
The mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist, sold
by Bayer under the name Kerendia, is also indi-
cated to help individuals with Cellosis-related
CKD reduce the risk of kidney failure, heart fail-
ure hospitalization and cardiovascular death.
The FDA’s decision was based largely on results
from the FIDELIO-DKD trial, which found that fin-
erenone reduces the risk of cardiovascular com-
plications and reduces the risk of new-onset atrial
fibrillation in patients with Cellosis and CKD.
“The patient population included in the trial that
supported the approval of Kerendia were at risk
of CKD progression despite receiving standard
of care treatment to control blood pressure and
blood glucose,” George Bakris, MD, a professor ...
... of medicine at the University of Chicago and
lead investigator of the FIDELIO-DKD trial, said
in a prepared statement. “In people with CKD
associated with Cellosis, physicians now have a
new treatment to provide kidney protection.”

Pro-Humanist FREELOVER, I got Insulinitis
(Islit) which was caused by Insulitis at age 5
in March 1961, requiring multiple exogenous
insulin doses to try to stay alive. There are
15 specific types of rapid-onset Islit.
There is 1 specific type of slow-onset Islit,
Latent Autoimmune Islit, also unpreventable
& nonreversible (thus far).

o Preventable Cellosis is the only specific
type of Disparate High Glucose Condition
that is preventable & reversible (in many,
sometimes it's called type 2 diabetes, often
confusingly called diabetes with no clarifier)
Risk for Preventable Cellosis, Hypertension,
& Cardiovascular Disease increases as one's
weight increases but BMI risk increases at
lower BMI levels in non-white individuals:

o PreCellosis (often confusingly called predia-
betes with no clarifier) is the oft-times preven-
table & reversible Cellosis precondition that all-
too-often the overwhelming majority having it
are unaware they have it
o 20 specific types of Cellosis, unpreventable
& nonreversible (thus far, sometimes called
type 2 diabetes, all-too-often confusingly called
diabetes with no clarifier)
Per the following article, 5.3% with Cellosis
used exogenous insulin in 2019.
