Bad week, weight relapse/gain of 4.4
pounds.
Last 2 days no exercise due to being
very tired, yesterday CGM didn't make
it to the 10th day, wouldn't work most
of the day & when it was working, it
would blip on 60-70 mg/dl too low & ...
... turn back off, rarely on for more than
3 or 4 readings most of the day. So, I
didn't try to keep it working when it
neared the 240 hour mark.
Current Weight = 152.6 pounds
Current Waist = 30 inches
Current Height = 5 feet 6.25 inches
Current Waist-to-Height Ratio = 0.45283
Current BMI = 24.4

Calories, under 1,000 calories 0 days,
lowest calorie day 1,174 7/6,
highest calorie day = 3,252 7/9,
average calories = 1866 per day.
Exercise indoor cycling sessions for 30
minutes, most = 5 on 1 day, least = 0
on last 2 days, average = 2.14 per day.
So, for some reason, after going < 149
pounds for 1st time down to my low of
148.2 pounds, unwelcome week with
most calories & least exercise since
hitting my goal of 150 pounds.
Lots of rain, hmmm, that shouldn't have
resulted in this. I aim to turn it around &
will try to stay under 1,000 calories & ex-
ercise at least 4 times per day starting
today.
