Per my height of 5' 6.25", 4 different
formulas submit that my ideal weight
should be
o 140.8 lbs Robinson (1983)
o 143.3 lbs Miller (1983)
o 141.9 lbs Devine (1974)
o 143.0 lbs Hamwi (1964)
Per my latest weekly weight, I've been
under, at, or near the ideal weight of
140.8 to 143.3 pounds for 7 of the
last 11 weeks & above that range for
4 of the last 11 weeks:

That 11 weeks of experience indicates that
I should have at least 3 30 minute exercise
sessions (indoor cycling) per day & average
no more than 2,000 calories per day to lose
weight, & the lower my weight is, the lower
my calories must be -or- the higher my exer-
cise must be to lose weight.
I probably will try to go no lower than 140
pounds this time around & will endeavor to
go no higher than 143 pounds, so my goal
henceforth is to try to stay between 140 &
143 pounds.
