    coming days, so I can start losing that
    dramatic 4.6 pounds I gained in just
    one week.

    Friends & family, over 20 folks, one wear-
    ing a facemask (he must've taken it off
    when he ate, though I never saw him not
    wearing it). Dad assured me everyone was
    fully vaccinated, but that's the only time
    I've been mask free since the delta variant
    started infecting so many, even those who
    are fully vaccinated.

    Yes, another very high calorie day, close
    to 3,500 calories, no exercise, 3 pound
    weight gain (of course, that isn't possible,
    but that's what the scales showed). Today,
    only 1,197 calories with 6 30-minute exer-
    cise sessions so I expect to ... well, I'll hold
    off reporting on that 'til Saturday.

    Persisting problem since going under 140
    pounds, hungry-all-the-time.
