    First 4 days, lost weight every day, with
    average exercise 4.5 30-minute sessions
    per day & under 1,000 calories all 4 days,
    average calories = 965, got down to 136.6
    pounds, overcoming daily hunger & at my
    lowest BMI ever perhaps, BMI 21.9, & ...

    ... if I pull my waist measurement very tight,
    very close to my 28.5 inch waist goal.

    Unfortunately, all my exercise over 2 weeks
    being highest ever + exercise this week at
    the same time having 4 days < 1,000 calories
    combined to suck away my energy, leaving me
    so tired the next 2 days I only exercised 1 30-
    minute session per day. Also, that hunger ...

    ... + giving more insulin than needed for 2
    days + too many calories for 2 days caused
    surprisingly large weight regain over next 2
    days, getting it back down a bit yesterday.

    Net loss of 8/10ths of a pound over last 7
    days (last Saturday I weighed 138.8 pounds)

    Current Weight = 138.0 pounds
    Current Waist = 28.75 inches
    Current Height = 5 feet 6.25 inches
    Current Waist-to-Height Ratio = 0.43396
    Current BMI = 22.1

    Last 7 days calories / exercise

    Calories, under 1,000 calories 4 days, 9/11 to 9/14
    lowest calories 912 on 9/12,
    over 2,000 calories 1 day, 9/16, 2,753 calories
    average calories = 1,377 per day, higher than
    last week's 1,254 per day.

    Exercise indoor cycling sessions for
    30 minutes, most = 6 on 2 days, 9/12 & 9/14,
    least = 1 on 2 days 9/16 to 9/17,
    average = 3.42 per day, much lower than
    last weeks highest ever 6.57 per day.

    Last week's goal of staying under 1,000
    calories per day, succeeded first 4 days
    but a combination of high exercise & last
    4 days of low calories led to energy col-
    lapse & 2 days having next-to-no-energy
    & the entire week, very hungry a lot of ...

    ... the time led to 2-day too many calories
    weight rebound. So, obviously, not the
    result I was trying for, so this week, moving
    my daily calorie goal up to under 1,100 per
    day & my daily exercise goal to minimum
    of 4 exercise sessions per day.

    This time, trying slower weight loss & trying
    to avoid that hunger-all-the-time problem
    that caught up to me after a combination of
    4 sub-1,000 calorie days + over 2 weeks of
    highest ever exercise (with the exceptions
    of playing basketball in junior high & trying ...

    ... out for football a couple of days in high
    school - gave that up as my body was not
    in good enough shape to handle that at
    that time).
