Despite 1 super-high calorie day of over
    3,000 calories, lost 8/10ths of a pound
due to high average exercise, finally get-
ting past that 143 pound wall, making a
tidbit of progress in my effort to get down
to the mid-137 pound area (BMI 22.0).

Lost .8 pounds over last 7 days.

    Current Weight = 142.4 pounds
    Current Waist = 28.75 inches
    Current Height = 5 feet 6.25 inches
    Current Waist-to-Height Ratio = 0.43396880
    Current BMI = 22.8

Last 7 days calories / exercise

    Calories, under 1,000 calories 1 day, 930 8/27,
    highest calorie day = 3,282 8/23,
    1 day over 2,000 calories,
average calories = 1,663 per day.

    Exercise indoor cycling sessions for
    30 minutes, most = 7 on 2 days 8/22, 8/27
    least = 1 on 1 day 8/24,
    average = 5 per day.

This week, I've found that I have to
ingest carbs to battle lows when exer-
cising later in the day, so trying to stay
    under 1,000 calories before 6 PM, &
trying to stay below 1,200 for the day,
those are my goals this week.

I've changed my basal during the day
from 0.40 to 0.30, and hope that helps
to avoid low glucose due to exercising,
albeit I'll probably still have to turn off
basal to try to avoid carbs that are often
    required when exercising.

One sidenote: High fiber carbs (Fiber One
Cereal) allows high carbs with minimal cal-
ories, upping my daily fiber way above daily
minimum without having an excessive cal-
    ories impact.

(corrected re-post to fix incorrect waist-
to-height ratio in previous post & add
    the following waist-to-height ratio link)

Per the following chart, I could go down
to a waist of 28.4875 inches (minimum)
& still have a waist-to-height ratio in the
"Slender & Healthy" range for men of
    0.43 to 0.46: https://mport.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Waist-to-Height_infographic.png
