I ran across an app that said the ideal
weight for my height is BMI 22.0, which
is 137.2 to 137.6 pounds for my height
of 5' 6.25".
For some reason, I'm struggling to get
below 143 pounds. Hmmm, I'll keep try-
ing. My current weight of 143.2 pounds
= BMI 22.9 . I'm just 5.6 to 6 pounds too
high right now, so close, so maybe with
enough focus / exercise / avoidance of ...
... calories higher than 1600 per day,
I'll get there in the coming weeks.
