• Costus igneus / Chamaecostus cuspidatus / Insulin Plant?

From _@21:1/5 to All on Fri Aug 20 09:51:43 2021
Claims - claims - claims, bounteous regarding
the supposed import / impact of this so-called
insulin plant. Good luck trying to figure out what
this plant actually does, and how many of the
claims are anything other than fictitious religious
    fantasies (see Hinduism / Ayurveda).

I simply ran across an article promoting it as
a supposed "cure", but haven't found one iota
of evidence regarding what it actually does. If
anyone can find any scientific research on this,
    please share.

    I suspect it's total fabrication / mythmaking &
only Preventable Cellosis has prevention / re-
versal potential via dieting / exercise / lifestyle
changes. 85 specific types of Disparate High
Glucose Conditions currently have ZERO pre-
vention / reversibility, so this item, whatever ...

... it actually does, CURE isn't it for 85 specific
    types of DHGCs.

As for Islit (Insulinitis, near-total to total loss
of exogenous insulin), exogenous insulin is the
ONLY way to survive, TOTALLY, don't rely on
    ANYTHING OTHER THAN EXOGENOUS
INSULIN to try to survive having Islit, an unpre-
ventable incurable DHGC at the present time.

Pro-Humanist FREELOVER, I got Insulinitis (Islit)
at age 5 in March 1961, caused by Insulitis, the
overwhelming type that most with Islit have, but
14 other rapid onset types & 1 slow onset type
    (Latent Autoimmune Islit) exist.

I recently (March 2019) returned to using a
tubeless Omnipod Insulin Pump with Ultra-Fast-
Action Fiasp insulin after using insulin injec-
tions of affordable Regular & NPH insulins to
save money for almost a year.

I also recently (March 2019) returned to using a
Dexcom G4 continuous glucose monitor (CGM)
after using a Freestyle Libre CGM to save money
for almost a year. Obamacare health insurance
allowed me to be able to afford the much more
    expensive devices.

I switched to using a Dexcom G6 CGM January
    2020.
