The mass murderer, a nurse, Reta Mays, was con-
victed on 7 counts of murder, given 7 life sentences.
The victims were aged 81 to 96 and had served in
the army, navy and air force.
The serial killer nurse injected 20 patients a lethal
dose of insulin in a killing spree between 2017 and
2018. There were 20 deaths relating to fatal severely
low glucose levels, but Mays was only charged for the
seven cases that authorities believed would ensure a
conviction.
