    days I have had -less- hunger and
    more weight loss, surprisingly quick,
    after regaining 2.2 pounds the first
    3 days, losing 6.4 pounds the last
    4 days.

    planned to switch to weight maintenance
    mode at 149-150 pounds, but for reasons
    unknown I'm presently in surprising weight
    loss without severe hunger mode & as I'm
    currently at BMI 23.0, -if- I don't have a ...

    ... hungry-all-the-time problem, I see no
    reason to stop losing weight as my waist
    size is still 29 inches so I could lose a bit
    more without my height-to-waist ratio going
    too low. I may get down to a BMI in the 22s,
    I doubt I'll go below BMI 22 (a weight of 137 ...

    ... pounds), as I'm now in the area where on
    2 previous occasions back in 2019 I got hun-
