Within a matter of days, Rob Miller went from a valued Utah
Democratic Party insider to political pariah.

The rapid turn of events started with the leak of a May 25 letter
signed by seven women who accused Miller of various forms of sexual
    misconduct.

While the exact source of the leak is unknown, Salt Lake City
activist Kate Kelly posted the letter on her Facebook feed June 2.
Later the same day she posted the Salt Lake Tribune’s story about
the allegations with the comment “I scooped the Trib.” The Deseret
News and Utahpolicy.com also ran stories about the letter that day.

Seven women signed the letter — Mary Brady-Bishop, Jennifer Miller-
Smith, Celina Milner, Sheryl Ginsberg, Elizabeth Converse, Jill
    Haring and Ellen Brady.

Most accusations don’t identify a time or location and none is
    attributed to any one signer.

Miller allegedly told one signer “you are so sexy,” a comment she
deemed unwelcome and inappropriate; he pulled down the waistband of
his trousers to reveal his undergarments to a woman and also grabbed
her buttocks on a separate occasion.
