Yesterday, Joe Biden stepped up to the podium for one of his typical, teleprompter-read speeches that last about ten minutes. That meant that his brain was going to melt at least one time, and it did, with the president proclaiming that we can’t “risk more desks” instead of deaths.

But the substance, or lack thereof, was much more concerning. The speech centered on a nonsensical call for states to stop re-opening and to
reinstate mask mandates. As I shared in my previous article, there’s nothing scientific about that statement from Biden.

(see Joe Biden Demands New Mask Mandates, Says We Can’t ‘Risk More Desks’ in
    Meandering, Nonsensical Rant)

In another piece covering the emotional freak-out by CDC Dir. Walensky, I
put up the current nationwide look at where infections are spiking, and
while that data is enough to disprove Biden’s rantings, I came across a thread last night that simply eviscerates the call for mandatory masking.

Take a look, and bookmark this because I suspect it’ll come in handy many more times in the future. For a secondary source of the same information
below, Worldometer has the compilations of state data here.

    Liar.

Here is a photo of the press conference, no teleprompters anywhere.

    Interesting site you got there...

There is no about page, but I don't need one anyway. On the home-page,
they have links to 50 articles from their authors (I opted out of
loading more). Most of it is anti-Biden, anti-other Democrats,
anti-CNN, anti-BLM and Antifa, defense of the "Insurrection",
complaints about the situation at the US southern border, and how the
    Biden administration handles the pandemic.

What is completely absent are ideas of how the American society could
look, there are no suggestions of plans or policies. No expression
    visions.
And there is a reason for that. The 'RedStaters' have nothing of the
sort. Where is that debate taking place on the right? Is there a
conservative, republican intelligentsia somewhere out there, debating
the issues on a grander scale, thinking outside the Trump? Or is the
right only the hate-filled, unnuanced fear-mongering and deliberate
appeal to the worst sides of humanity, you represent?

Andrew and reality as well as truth and the ability to tell
truth from falsehood are completely divorced. Like an alcoholic

The truth is beyond his feeble grasp.

These days, the "red state" approach to politics is
trivially simple: give all control of everything to the
red side leadership, let them sort it out, and by magic
the gains will trickle down upon the sycophants.

Debate? Discussion? Policy? Plans? Don't need that stuff.
Just put the right people in, and let them do whatever
needs doing. After all, they care about all us little
    people, right? Right?

    Snort.

I think the problem is actually more basic than that. It's
not that he lacks the ability to differentiate truth from
falsehood; it's that he lacks the ability to realize that
they are concepts with distinct meanings.

He seems to be one of those godbots who has no concept of
true or false or real or fake, he just parrots what is fed
to him by his "betters", with no desire or ability to even
think about what's being said, just "superior said it,
therefore it is what I must accept."

Which, pathetic though it may be, puts him in the company
of, to an off-the-cuff estimate, several million similarly
    afflicted godbots.

Personally, I could never be satisfied relegating the
human intellect to the capabilities of a tape recorder,
but apparently it works for them, in a *very* minimal
    sense of "works"...
