    John Griffin (CNN), 44, of Stamford made an initial appearance in
    federal court in New Haven on Friday afternoon.

    He faces charges stemming from an indictment in Vermont of three
    counts of “using a facility of interstate commerce to attempt to
    entice minors to engage in unlawful sexual activity.”
