I'm trying to cancel my unwanted Amazon prime pantry subscription. I didn't request this. Expensive! All the ways to do it I've found with Google and tried don't work. Can't even send an email or letter to Amazon. They seem
to be behind a very thick wall. Or perhaps I need to find another on-line seller with Amazon-like product choices.
Suggestions?
TIA

carry a certain book (third parties sold it via amazon canada, but at outrageous prices). As I recall, somewhere in the fine print at the
bottom there was eventually a form that could send messages, one could
select a category from among a few (most of which weren't relevant), and
I sent a message. And the reply was "you need to contact amazon.ca and
they pointed to a page which I thought was what I used, so I gave up
(but posted a "review" for the overpriced item, and eventually they
brought in the book at a decent price). I thought I was using a
Canadian link.
So I'd look down there. Probably not so useful, but I did get a reply,
even if they acted like I'd contacted the wrong place.
But yes, I never saw an obvious email address to send a comment to, let
alone a complaint.
