I'm trying to see if I actually need to register my glacier bay faucet. In the past if one registers a product they can find it with no issues. I have had great success with other makers and replacement parts. I have been told by manufactures that sellers like on ebay if they are NOT authorized to sell
their products THERE IS NO WARRANTY from the maker of the sold product. BEWARE no matter what an ebay seller states. I checked before I bought a item on
ebay. I can understand them wanting a defective product back but we should not have to pay to return an item. It's a slippery slope as they say.

I have 3 times with Glacier Bay. The first time was years after the purchase.
HD replaced it from store stock. The next two times were years after that first exchange. Both times they sent parts with no postage cost to me. The faucet is making noise so tomorrow will be the 4th time. I'll update if there is an issue. I should add this was with the low end kitchen sink faucet, single spout.

Just tried to replace a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet at Home Depot where the spout tube broke off at the base. Told me they can't replace because I bought in 2019 and only have until 2020. Told me to call Glacier Bay. Well Home Depot owns Glacier Bay! Nice
help there. Bought a different brand.

Well they figure if you got the brains to use a ratchet you probably got the brains to rebuild the ratchet. It's a gear, switch and a couple of springs.
