We have an unmarked (no brand name) thermostat. were not given the code by the previous owner, who was slipping into dementia. How to program it! Keeps saying, system locked, etc. It's on auto right now, but it just showed the temp to have dropped 5
degrees in about 5 minutes. This even possible?
