You can put half an avocado, a cup of low sugar yogurt, and a cup of almond milk in a mixer and blend it for a moment or two. Cold ingredients make it better.
Avocado is a favorite keto non-starch, low carbohydrate food, my almond milk has small amount of cane sugar and only 3% carbohydrates, and the Oikos Tripple-Zero yogurt is berry flavored, but 0 added sugar or artificial sugar, 0 fat.
I will probably also try adding frozen blueberries.
