Problem for Outsiders now is that requirement for establishing residency takes a year, and residency then has to be for at least part of a year without leaving. Then you have to apply to the state for direct deposit to your account. Probably apply for
Denali Care, too, which is our Medicaid, and the latest version of Food Stamps. Housing availability is getting short, but there are Federal programs to apply for it. Putting all the homeless into recreational centers, ha ha.
