    I worked for Cummins Tools which is the same business model. A customer brought a $12 drill to my register and asked me how it compared to Makita or Milwaukee. “Sir, that’s a TWELVE DOLLAR drill.” He still didn’t get it and bought the drill.
    Some people deserve what they get.

    I jumped ship two or three days later.
