    I really wanna make a will and have no idea who to even ask.

    My roommate won't do it but maybe if I appoint him in my will he will have to?

    Mom and Dad are too old now and don't live anywhere near here.

    Business associate would be my next bet but sounds like handling

    Just really need to make sure everybody gets paid and my personal items are appropriately distributed.
