I work with lawyers who often times get contracts send in MSWord for review. We are trying to find out if there is a way to put a list of words -- example "asbestos, combustibal material, body of water, saftey hazards, fire" into the "FIND" field --
and have MS word Highlight hte items so that the lawyers may not have to read all 500 pages of the legal document -- but focus on the pages with these terms??

I think it's also quite time consuming for the selection. Can you try another method to see if it works better?
