I get my mail but it is very annoying to have to close the dialog box all

Is there a way around this?
I had this problem constantly with my last webhosts although never with my Gmail account or my isp. I queried it and they insisted they were more
secure than the others.
Since I changed my webhosts, I have not had a problem (yet).
I am on SSL - ports 993 and 465
