  • calulate interest

    HI

    I'm trying to do a Excel sheet that I can find out what interest I will pay on a
    equity release

    For example

    take out a 40,000 over ten years at a interest of 3% compound

    it would look something like

    1st year £40,000 interest 3% =£1.200
    2nd year £41.200 interest 3% =£1.236

    calculate for ten years
