    Hi Team

Just throwing this out there for comment!

A colleague in another state is using A SharePoint shared Workbook, and posed a question, which I could not answer:

    Question:

If 2 users of the same workbook doing differing thing within happen to save at the same time with different sets of changes, which changes are recorded first, and what impact does it have on the other's changes.

Now, I am aware in Access DB's, there is Optimistic & Pessimistic Record Locking when it comes to multiple people working/Saving the same record.

Does Excel SharePoint use the same logic.?

Do each user see any immediate changes the other makes.?

    It's interesting stuff.

I look forward to your thoughts and comments.

    Cheers
    Mark.
