    What is the syntax error in this formula?

    =IF(A4<=(B4+D4)*0.1,”Lower“,IF(A4>=(B4+D4)*0.9,”Upper”,” “))


    #NAME is still being displayed

    The double-quote characters are the curly-style quotes. These are useful in Word documents, but Excel doesn't consider them to be the same as a straight quote: " "

    The curly quotes came from Excel in the HINDI (India) version of Office 2007
