How to determine where auto-enrollment cert is placed.

Trying to use auto-enrollment to generate a cert for client-server authentication (template it is set to use is configured for this). This cert needs to be placed in the Remote Desktop certificate store on the local machine. It shows up currently in the
personal store.
Is there a way either in GPO or in the template itself to specify which certificate store you want the auto-enrollment cert to be generated in?
